Hi 2adults planning to travel Nepal/Kathmandu/Tibet & Bhutan.in late February… Is this possible as I understand from your website that Tibet is closed fm Jan-Feb…

How many days are required to travel these countries (we actually plan for 14-16days, max)? Can you advise how to go about it? Do I need to engage guide for those countries? Better to book local tour on each destination or to engage one tour guide for all above countries?

How much will be the budget?

Thanks so much for your kind assistance & look forward to your reply.

Jennifer….Tibet is not closed in January, but from mid February until late March/early April. As you are planning to go to Tibet in late February, you will need to change your travel dates or wait and visit Tibet on a future journey. 14 to 16 days is plenty of time to visit Nepal and Bhutan. The cost of your journey will depend heavily on what type of hotels you stay in, where you plan to go and the specific amount of time you spend in Bhutan. Bhutan has a daily tourism tariff and is a more expensive place to visit than Nepal. For more detailed info, feel free to email me at: thelandofsnows@gmail.com
